System Design Calculations

Land Capability Assessment report, DHL and BOD calculations.

Design Work

SSA creates the Septic Site Plan for client approval.

Septic Permit Application

SSA’s team collates relevant documentation, pays permit fee, and lodges application with local council health department or EPA Victoria.

Permit Approval

Council approvals typically take up to 6 weeks. EPA Victoria works approval typically takes 4 months.

Installation

High quality installation takes place onsite. SSA will work with your Project Manager/s onsite and will work in with your Schedule of Works.

Commissioning

SSA commissions the system and generates all relevant Compliance Certificates.

Final Approvals

SSA lodges relevant documentation, reports and certificates to council or EPA Victoria to obtain final approvals to operate the system.

Ongoing Maintenance

SSA sets up ongoing maintenance to ensure system remains compliant with the relevant authorities.
